Now that I'm in throes of my worst skin disaster since '96 (when I went to canoeing with my shirt off and no sunscreen for 6 hours straight ... there's no doubt that I'm an idiot sometimes!), I'm looking for a manageable regimen to combat the face farce. The current hope calls for a couple of things:
- One, take a shower with lukewarm water, using Neutrogena three-part cleanse.
- Two, take Vaseline body oil and put that over my shoulders and chest. Do this before I dry off.
- Three, apply a thin layer of Clindamycin Phosphate gel USP, %1, all over my head and face.
- Four, blog about it :)
I started using the gel last night, and it seems like there's some immediate progress, but, because I'm inpatient as hell, and because I'm also itchy and nervous, in general, it's not fast enough for me.
Patience, dude.
